4.3 Refunds & Returns

• Products must be returned in original condition when applicable
• Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the buyer or seller depending on circumstances

5. Seller Terms

5.1 Seller Requirements

• Complete seller verification process
• Provide accurate product descriptions and images
• Honor listed prices and shipping terms
• Ship products within stated timeframes
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly

5.2 Prohibited Products

You may not sell:

• Illegal items or controlled substances
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Weapons or explosives
• Adult content or services
• Items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Hazardous materials

5.3 Fees & Payments

• Platform fees are deducted from successful sales
• Funds are released after buyer confirmation
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers:

• First, attempt to resolve directly with the other party
• If unresolved, open a dispute through the Platform
• Provide evidence (photos, messages, etc.) to support your claim
• Our team will review and make a determination
• Decisions by our dispute resolution team are final

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Ahia Marketplace or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for transactions between users
• We are not responsible for product quality or delivery
• Our liability is limited to fees paid to us

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ahia Marketplace from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
• Pending transactions may be canceled or completed at our discretion
• Seller funds may be held pending resolution of disputes

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
